  Our stay was amazing! The room was way better than we expected and the staff was so friendly. The room was medium sized with a small kitchenette, nice bathroom and patio area.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us.   We had a lovely stay at the Citylife B&B, the staff was very kind, helpful, made us feel at home. The B&B is very close to the Termini Station, hence to all the main transportation means (metro, buses connecting various points of the city). A big plus for the free WiFi, which was hard to find in other accommodations in Rome. - Everything was wonderful! The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool.
