Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

We were warmly greeted by Krizia, who helped us in every aspect from recommending tourist attractions, to restaurants, etc. We were treated incredibly and felt instantly at home. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.
