  Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The location is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the beautiful city. We cannot find it on via Roma at first, for we cannot believe this would be a B&B when looked outside. The decoration is very friendly, and the staff are helpful.   Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate. Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location is superb! - The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

  We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. Even though the breakfast isn't included, the unlimited amount of drinking water and cup - We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food!   Everything is perfect at this nice little hotel! The rooms are big, with nice (though pretty small) bathroom, air condition works fine. Tea and instant coffee in the room, coffee machine with very good coffee for just 0.50 euros at the reception! Oh, and they also have water for the same price. There are a lot of different shops nearby. The B&B is locatef in living house, you feel yourself as a local having own keys and coming when you want. The host of this B&B is very hospitable. The room is quite large, the decoration is simple, but nice. You have everything you need. Free wi-fi. So it is good value for that price.
