Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee). It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. -
Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels

the attractions. Our host Michel was very friendly and helped us with

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

The location of the hotel is fantastic and centrally located for all the
major attractions, yet very quiet for sleeping. The hotel offered an
excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold
meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we
were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio
overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all
and would definitely recommend.
