Aprire il portone di "casa" ed essere letteralmente a un passo dal Colosseo non ha prezzo! Struttura nuovissima, posizione eccellente e proprietario fantastico e disponibile! Io e la mia collega non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Tre R Colosseo sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per tutti i futuri soggiorni romani! -

It was excellent trip in Roma! We was met by Roberto, the owner of hotel! He was very hospitable and with a good sense of humor!:) Firstly we wanted to see some historical sights and he showed us a great route! It was 5 minutes to walk to Colloseum and Forums! We also have visited many other sights as Fountain Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican and others! Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the
owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me
over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no
tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was
delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views
'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay
at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any
difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by
archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi
just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200
meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on
the bed and watch the colleseum

La posizione è ottima, praticamente su via dei fori Imperiali e a due passi da Colosseo e Vittoriano. La struttura è splendida, la camera (Matrimoniale superior) è elegante e spaziosa, con un fantastico bagno. La terrazza permette la vista su un panorama mozzafiato. Lo staff è gentile, cortese e disponibile. -

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.
