The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the
time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We

Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom
clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel vicina alla Metro è molto comoda. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e accogliente. Lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare Roma e soprattutto per l'ottima qualità di un albergo 3 stelle. Colazione a buffet ricca e variegata. - Pulizia e ottima colazione.

la funzionalità dell'appartamento e lavicinanza a siti d'interesse - L'appartamento gladiator e' posizionato splendidamente a 50 metri dalcolosseo (appena usciti dal portone si ha un tuffo al cuore!!!). E'comodissimo ai mezzi ( metro e bus a pochissima distanza).L'appartamento e' meravigliosamente accessoriato. Lo consigliovivamente!!!

Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome
much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places
to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The
room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home”
in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the
Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in
