The room was big , clean and confortable and nicely decorated. The
B&B is in the center of the city , there is no parking but you can
park in a parking very close to the hotel for 0.60€ per hour(night is
free of charge).extremely kind and helpful , very friendly , we had very
good breakfast with her , and she bakes lovely cookies :) , she made

would recommand this place to anyone going to Grosseto or near by. -
It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walled
city, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there's
a village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot of
english speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating with
only basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfect
english, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovely
stopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.

A very clean and well maintained hotel in the middle of the highway, right next to a gas station.
Everything was shiny, organized and of high quality. The shower was great and the bed was just right.

Colazione ricca e ben fornita, in particolare a chi piacciono le cose dolci tipo brioches e biscotti. Inoltre, posizione ottima per spostarsi nei luoghi tipici della Toscana sud, come Argentario e Parco della Maremma. Infine, lungo le vie limitrofi c'è ampia possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento.

E' un ottimo hotel, in posizione centralissima, con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, molto pulito e ben tenuto, con personale più che gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare. - Facile trovare l'hotel, parcheggi nelle vicinanze, camere spaziose e confortevoli, con un tocco rètro.

seas - The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, easily accessible by road & centrally located. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, spoke English & couldn't do enough to help. We missed breakfast on the morning of our check-out, but were offered coffee & pastries prior to leaving the hotel. Grosseto is slightly off the beaten path, if you are on a tight schedule, but is well worth visiting.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with fantastic English. The location is great with free on/street parking right outside and just a 5 minute walk to the medieval walls and core of the town. Our room was cleaned daily and to a high standard, which although it wasn't that modern still felt very clean and comfortable. -
