  Booking manager and staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The location at the end of a beautiful valley in the high Alps was breathtaking. The hotel was well kept, nicely decorated, and the rooms were just perfect (cosy sleeping quarters and large modern bathroom). The mountain views from the hotel are unforgetable. Many thanks to the staff for an awsome summer holiday. - 1) Proximity to Monte Rosa ski lefts which let you ski back and forth across three Walser vallies: stunning! 2) Very good food in restaurant; local specialties 3) Friendly, helpful staff with nice suggestions of things to do and places to go.
