The best thing about this place by far is the location. We literally were looking at the Duomo from both windows in the room (we had the corner "Butterfly" room, which was nice.) The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.

We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Stanza grande e pulita, con bagno privato e aria condizionata. Vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro. Non c'è la colazione, ma le cialde di caffè alla mattina sono state utilissime per svegliarsi! I gestori sono stati gentilissimi: ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come spostarci coi mezzi. -

Hostel was quite far from Firenze SMN (central station), but reachable by bus in 10 minutes or taxi (10 EUR).
Rooms clean. Common showers, but plenty of, clean and everything worked well.
Breakfast and dinner were cheap but decent, especially dinner (many delicious dishes with a glass of wine for only 9 EUR, unbeatable offer).
Groceries and ticket office right in front of the hostel.
International community, stuff spoke good english.
Maps and guides for free on reception.
