The location it's a bit remote, but that's the beauty about it!!
With my mobile google map and a bit of internet i didn't have any trouble in finding the way, at all!!
Sleeping with the windows open could let us enjoy all the rumors of the wild night, like if we were in the middle of the forest with a fire camp.
Bathrooms and room very clean.
Homemade breakfast, with good variety.
Possibility to enjoy the utilities of the house like if you are at your place.

Perfect hotel for a 1-night-stay at Greve city center. Walking distance to center and restaurants. Clead and modern room. Very nice balcony. Breakfast is no buffet, but sweet and salty stuff, so it was absolutely fine.

We stayed at the Villa to celebrate my wife's birthday. Prior to the visit I called the Villa and explained our celebration and requested the best room available for the rate paid. To their great credit we found ourselves upgraded to a beautiful suite with a complimentary bottle of chianti classico and a happy birthday note.
However it was late November and there was only one other couple staying.

The location was fantastic! Nestled on a hilltop above Greve in Chianti and with a great view of Panzano, the views are amazing. Very conveniently located for "Agritourisma" as there are dozens of wineries within short driving distance. The staff was excellent and the country farmhouse feel was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was perfect. Typical Toscana house, nice and clean room with Toscana-style furniture, relax, lavender, rosemary and other herbs in the garden, a little shop and an outdoor fitness area. But you need a car, it is a long way from Rifugium to the Greve-town. And Daniele was very nice and helpful!

Il Caesllo is the perfect Italian getaway! Paolo and Angelica were fabulous hosts - they were very sweet, kind and helpful, and both spoke excellent English. Il Casello is absolutely gorgeous! Our room and bathroom were lovely and spacious, with breathtaking views of Chianti. The bed was very comfortable and the room was air conditioned, but the windows also opened for cool morning and evening breezes. There was a charming communal sitting room for reading by the fireplace. Plenty of tables
