  This a great way to experiance real world travel in Italy minutes from the lake Como area. Small village, very quite room. Easy access and impeccably clean. The bathroom was next to the room and excellent. The breakfast was very good and the owners of this fine B&B where very kind and welcoming.   Villa Patrizia is calm, confortable and very clean. Patrizia and her husband are very nice, always helping and giving advice to visit the region. The breakfast was also good. It is situated not far from Como, and quite close to several train stations to go to Milano for example. It's about a 20-30 minute bus ride from the San Giovanni train station by bus (take #8 bus 2.5€ vs taxi 32€). Wonderful breakfast.

  An excellent very well kept B&B with charming and helpful owners. Our room was immaculately clean, large with a most comfortable bed and excellent shower. Despite overlooking the road it had excellent double glazing and very effective air conditioning so noise was not an issue. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. I arrived in Como very late and Paolo offered to pick me up from the train station. The place itself is very homey. There is even a small outdoor swimming pool. It's situated in a rich neighborhood on a hill, about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The place, the location, and the staff all made the stay very wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
