  The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful.   The location is convenient from Milan City and Airports if you want to visit Lake Como and the town. Very easy access and plenty of parking. Some shopping opposite but more in Como as are the sights. Rooms are clean bright and very quiet. Beds wonderful. Buffet breakfast is very Ibis, not smart but good coffee and plenty of choice. Staff are helpful, efficient and speak very good English. Easy to find from motorway (which is a short distance) and has on site fenced parking, with plenty spaces. Very good stopover hotel. Price is very good considering it is Como and the facilities offered.

  An excellent very well kept B&B with charming and helpful owners. Our room was immaculately clean, large with a most comfortable bed and excellent shower. Despite overlooking the road it had excellent double glazing and very effective air conditioning so noise was not an issue. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. I arrived in Como very late and Paolo offered to pick me up from the train station. The place itself is very homey. There is even a small outdoor swimming pool. It's situated in a rich neighborhood on a hill, about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The place, the location, and the staff all made the stay very wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
