  My wife and I stayed at this attractive b & b for one evening on our whirlwind trip through Sicily. The owners were wonderful - Alphonsa spoke excellent English having lived in Canada for a period of time so we had great conversations with her about Sicily. The location of the b & b just outside the city of Siracusa was excellent and the f - First of all, the hosts definitely make you life easy. Very helpful, jovial, ready to assist in whatever requirement, without being intrusive. The place is a little oasis in the middle of what seems to be nowhere but in reality is just a 10mins drive to Ortigia, being therefore close to town. It's nicely decorated, charming setting and a lovely pool. You may spend a few minutes looking for the exact location but it's not too complex as it seems.   We stayed there for 7 days on a pleasure trip and...were completely taken back by the level of excellence this b&b was at.on arrival the staff took the time to highlight areas on a local map for points of interest, places to eat etc. Salvo, the owner, is extremely helpful and thoughtful, which for us is what makes the up over so many other hot... cosa dice la gente » el experiences. Friendly service, the room was a good size with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was great, all very clean. Located not far away fro - We really liked the owners, the room was impeccably clean, it was an excellent value for money. The owner welcomed us providing good advice about where to go for sight seeing and nearest natural reserves. Breakfast was special and featured different home made delicious Sicilian pastries. The car park is covered, therefore the car didn’t need to stay under the hot sun! I’ve stayed in 4* or 5* places before, which were not as good as this lovely B&B! I would call it a 5* B&B Definitely re
