We wanted something outside of Verona and also near the lakes this suited us perfectly. Great apartment lovingly furnished these owners really care! Staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to help and assist bonus was the free laundry room. A little gift on our departure was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed our time here.

And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. The staff was always friendly and helpful in any interaction we had (reception, room service, spa, snack bar, restaurant...). I also had a facial at the SPA end enjoyed the ex - We liked the long walks in the beautiful botanical garden with the Thermal Lake and Spa. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We liked our personal Training with Andrea Brunelli for fitness.
