Breakfasts were good, really good for the hotel in Italy. Design of hotel and rooms, everything is new and nice. wifi is free and it works! Easy to find hotel, no problem with parking. -

We got very convenient family room which was more like 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids.
Hotel is located in the countryside close to lake Garda, also very convenient for families with young children as there is new entertainment park Gardaland nearby as well as safari zoo. -

L'hotel è un vero quattro stelle, le camere sono grandi e pulite, il personale della reception è molto disponibile e si può rientrare a qualsiasi ora, si trova vicino sia alla città che alla zona dei parchi - Ho girato quasi tutta europa e non solo in questi anni e posso dire tranquillamente che questo è il miglior albergo dove ho alloggiato!

Struttura nuova e molto carina. Personale eccezionale e molto disponibile. Camere nuovissime e pulitissime. Colazione abbondante e possibilità di effettuarla in giardino. La posizione, anche se distante da centro (a piedi), è però molto carina perché immersa nel verde. In macchina dalla struttura all'Arena ci vogliono circa 5/10 minuti. -

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

We liked the beautiful house and the welcoming atmosphere. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts. We will not forget our stay and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates style, beauty and friendliness.
