Lovely farm setting close to the main airport runways (Fiumicino). Perfect if you have a car. There is ample private parking. If you don't have a car it's a bit "in the middle of nowhere". On our arrival, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A dinner table was promptly booked for us as we arrived in the evening. Restaurant food was excellent

Our stay at AgriSesto was by far the highlight of our trip. Francesco, Gloria, Massi & the rest of the family provided amazing service and were really helpful during our stay... There was literally nothing they couldn't do for us!
Both myself and my partner strongly recommend staying here, the food is excellent and the accommodation itself was perfect.
Will definitely be visiting again next time we visit Rome.

Cleaneliness - everything was very clean; you can see the interest of the owners for this aspect
Staff- very helpfull, in fact, they try to please the guest. I have asked Damiano (son of the owners) to pick me up from airport and bring back there next morning, and he helped me, for a convinient value (10

Great location, amazing conditions for the price paid and the staff (Damiano and his mother) was great. They also have bikes if you need to ride around the area.
If arranged, they can even pick you up and drop you off from and to the airport. The beach is within walking distance with beach side bar and restaurants.
Totally recommend Ren & %Ross for a short stay or even a few days to enjoy the sea.

Great place to stay before or after arrival at Fiumicino airport.
Laura met us at the airport (return price at 10 euro). Italian breakfast My husband left his coat in the arrival hall, Laura phoned for us to 'left luggage'. very kind, also she tried to do everything possible to give you a good stay at Il Focolare. I certainly would recommend this B&B. 5 Min. walk from the sea.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una notte e ci ha colpito la disponibilità mostrata fin dal primo momento dal personale.
La camera era molto accogliente, nuova e soprattutto pulita.
La colazione è stata veramente ricca:cornetti,crostata,ciambella, succhi per non parlare dell'ottimo caffè!

Wonderful people, great location.
The owner and her daughter went out of their way to assist us in obtaining Terravision bus tickets so that we could travel into Rome for only 4 euros each from the B and B. The bus takes you directly into the Termini in central Rome and departs from the same location. Very easy for a day of sightseeing without horrendous cab fares. We stayed here because we had two people leaving on a 6 am flight out of the airport. It was perfect for that and enabled my husband to come back and catch a few more hours of sleep after dropping them off. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our kids had fun playing in the large yard while we repacked the car. It's also just a few minutes from the beach. We didn't spend long on the beach, but it was a nice diversion.

What a pleasant surprise!
Well worth it and will recommend.
We stayed for two nights and travelled into Rome by car.
Our room was big and well furnished but the real thing is the excellent taste in décor!
Soft colours with attention to detail - like the print of rocks that reflected the handles on the cupboard in the bathroom!

I stayed at this cosy little hotel today, just for one night. My flight was pretty much delayed and I arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning instead of 11 am. The owner and his wife were very very nice and friendly, they kept my room, he stood awake so long just because of me and then himself (!) drove me from the airport to the hotel soooo late at night. So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others.
