The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. I have taken my husband to Venice for his 40th birthday. One of the highlights of our trip was the hotel. What a gem. Our mroom in this B&B was completely self-contained. We arrived late
on a flight into Venice airport, and we were met at the terminal, and it

breakfast. There was an adjacent kitchen with cold items in the
refrigerator (butter, cheese, yogurt) and tea/coffee making
facilities. We enjoyed being able to take breakfast without having to

Great services, lady of reception is very helpful, we arrive earlier than checking time after cruise. She hurry have room attendant to clean the room ASOP for us. room is large, so does bathroom. the area is quiet, peaceful & relax with a beautiful garden surround w flowers. it is very close to Airport & bus is in front of main road. you can buy bus ticket w reception.
