The Coach House is one of the finest, if not the finest, Bed and Breakfast accommodations we have yet experienced. Dez is the perfect host. We were immediately welcomed like family. Tea was set in the garden, a gorgeous space, and we felt like royalty.
The property is part of a medieval castle. You will immediately feel the aura as soon as you drive in. Please do yourself a favor. If you are in or near Waterford, stay at the Coach House.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a pleasant view of several azalea bushes in full bloom. The size of the family room and the staff where excellent, also the staff forwarded on a book of which I left behind . this was a change for me as we usually stay at hotels and I was blown away with diamond hill excellent value for money and the room one family room was bigger than most hotels family rooms and more comfortable and clean the cleanest room I have stayed for a long time this brings me to food breakfast was excellent top quality so yes we will come back to diamond hill recommend it to all
