  We received a warm welcome from Miriam despite being a little late arriving. She directed us to a hotel in Waterford city where they serve bar meals that were delicious and great value for money. The rooms were a good size, well furnished, comfortable and clean.   The hostess, Anne, is great. She gave us great dinner recommendations and directions. This location is great for heading into Waterford for food and sight-seeing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We tried the Full Irish Breakfast and it was great, we were so full that we didn't eat again until dinner. The B&B was very convenient to town and there was so much to do in town. You can catch a bus into town. The bus stop was right over the road from the accommodation.

  The room was small but very comfortable. The mattress was firm, which is of great importance to me. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is a bit out of town, but that was what we wanted.
