Everything. It was the best hotel of our honeymoon, where we felt at home and were we truly felt like we were on a 5* hotel.
Upon arrival, we were offered a 1/2 hour complimentary back and shoulders massage (for the both of us, it was our honeymoon) in the SPA. It was simply perfect, the best massage we had in Bali.
We asked for a wood carving lesson (on a day that no lesson would take place) and the staff arranged a private lesson for us at no extra charge. This activity is extremely relaxin

The service was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, and they were particularly helpful with preparing food for our 8 month old baby. Food is excellent and freshly sourced, but we were also provided details for take away pizza when we expressed a desire for different food. Finally, when we requested a late check out, we were permitted to move to a different villa until 3pm at no extra charge, this was extremely helpful given that we were travelling with a baby.

Excellent place to stay in a very quiet area outside Ubud (very busy place) with lovely rice fields behind the hotel. Superb and very clean rooms, comfortable bed. The staff is very nice, efficient and always smiling. Breakfast are at the level of a four stars hotel. Should you need a driver to visit the area, I recomend you to ask for Putra.
