  I am very satisfied with this hotel with good facilities spa, fitness and swimming too. I n my family especially my girls really enjoy the well- prepared breakfast and swimming too. The receptionist's is so kindful n professional n polite too. The room is big n comfort with clean bed !   Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big.   Great service! Very nice, tidy room and not a morning went bye when it wasn't cleaned. Good enough location however a few taxi's didn't know what hotel we were talking about without showing them the address. Not a massive deal though. Wifi good, tv and selection of stations good. Staff very nice and helpful.
