The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but not far in a taxi or the free shuttle bus if you want to travel around. It is close to Carrefour for shopping and groceries, has a good restaurant and the best thing of all is the staff who are friendly, helpful and made it a joy to stay for our full two weeks. -

The villa was perfect for a Family, good space, and the hotel well located, equal near the beach and Legian restaurant streets (150mts). The breakfast simpre but very good, the Chef always looked for somenthing new to surprise us. We have enjoyed the stay there. I really recommend this hotel for families. -

The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in. Best holiday in Bali ever and the Jayakarte was the reason for this! :)

Its my fourth stay and I recognise staff from previous visits which I like. I adore the gardens and the openess of the whole complex. I also love to be on the beach so one can wander along the waterfront to go to different restaurants. I love the fact that you have three swimming pools and also three quite different areas to have breakfast.

The staff were amazing. So attentive and courteous. "Safe" taxis were called for us and quite secure. Pool area is beautiful, bit small on Bali standards, but clean well kept. Apartment like room. Brother and Friends paid more than us in Kuta but got a dingy room, whereas ours was amazing. (They were all feeling ripped off) $2.50 taxi ride to Kuta

Fantastic staff, great location and excellent facilities. The restaurants at the hotel were also nice. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and right next to the beach. I found the area nice and quiet compared to Kuta with a few bars and hotels still being built. Overall we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again

Staffs are friendly, the place is huge! Very convenient! Location wise is best IF you rent a bike as its like a 10mins ride to the main KUTA beach.. OFF of the main road so you'll have peace and quite at night =) -

This hotel just recently opened, this shows clearly on not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior of the apartment. Very spacious apartment, on the first floor you will find a big bed, which easily fits 2 adults and a child. The location of the hotel can be hard to find for taxidrivers, because it is quite hidden from the main road.

We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and were going to move to a different area, but we liked it so much we decided to book the remaining 6 days of our holiday here. It is super spacious and comfortable. There is a separate living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom with desk and large closet in the bathroom upstairs. There is plenty of space for a long holiday here. The staff are amazing, greeting us personally daily, always smiling, and delivered breakfast to our room each day of

We loved this place! Staying at Villa Coco is recommended!!! We will question ever stayin in a hotel room again when you can stay here. The staff in this hotel (front desk, bar, maintenance, cleaning) were all amazing and very friendly / helpful. The in house massage was one of the best massages ive ever had!!! When you walk in you feel like you're in a wonderful sanctuary. It's a small and cosy place to stay. We were very impressed with our self contained apartment with the pool right there as soon as you walked out the door. Not really family orientated however towards the end of our stay another family did arrive with their kids which made it more enjoyable for us too. Location was great 200m from beach and 5 min scooter to Eat Street. We will def be staying there again.
