We booked the smallest and cheapest available room (the double studio). When we arrived, finding our keys and room was very easy.
The room was small but very clean - the bedding smelt very fresh. We also saw a family studio which was bigger and again very clean and pleasant.

A beautiful, homey studio apartment with full kitchen, TV, dining table, couch, etc. The central location is perfect, with a coffee shop just steps away, a supermarket around the corner, and the sights of Reykjavik within easy walking distance. The owners are helpful and very interesting to talk to. This was our third trip to Iceland and this was by far the best of our accommodations in Reykjavik. A home away from home, how can you beat that?

This place must be the best value in Reykjavik. I walked into my room and had a mini-jaw drop as I saw the quality of the furnishings, the comfortable bed, the NEWness of everything, and a well-stocked kitchenette. Breakfast is a tray of goodies - bread, jams, cheese. They also provide cartons of milk and orange juice that you are free to use up.

Everything was great - clean, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped (wifi in room, kitchen facilities, ipod dock), and the bath was lovely. The staff were friendly & helpful, dealing with some of my tourist queries including phone calls to local tour companies. The location is very central and you can walk to all shopping, bars, restaurants, harbour etc. Most tour companies pick up and drop off outside the hotel.

The location and room interior is good. The cost peformance is very very good. I wish I could have stayed longer. There is a washing machine and a dryer, although other building. This definitely helped us. The staff, may be owner, was very nice. I can't speak English very well. He explained slowly using simple words. I have really appreciated this.
