The well informed and most pleasant receptionist, the location near the sea, and the wonderful quiet and clean rooms.
We did not have time to use the swimming pool which was warm and clean.
Great value.
Highly recommended. -

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in August in an apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy, spotlessly clean.(cleaned every day). Sitia Bay is an apartment hotel which has good quality fixtures and fittings, and focuses on maintaining a clean and friendly environment for guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day and clean line supplied. The kitchen actually had pots pans and crockery (which many apartments boasting kitchens do not have). The manager was not push and intrusive but did offer great advice on where to go and what to see when we requested information. We were sad to leave!!

be surrounded by other tourists, try the Ziafeti taverna - go left out
of the hotel, turn left at the corner, go one block down toward the

Very convenient location to have all the amenities of a small city and to be not far from windsurfing place of Couremenos beach. Free municipal parking close to the hotel. By far the staff was extremely hospitable and always wanted to know what they could do to make our stay even more pleasant.
I was also impressed at how clean the rooms were, the incredible value for the money spent, and of course the wonderful view off our balcony.
Oh, and the coffee produced out of the coffee machine was very good.

Tutto. Staff eccezionale, appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare olio, vino e raki di loro produzione e acqua, birra e succhi freschi gratuiti in frigorifero. -

Lovely, newly refurbished apartments. Well equipped with ample storage. Even a washing machine! Very friendly and helpful owners. A very short walk to a quiet beach and convenient for visiting many historical sites.
Definitely plan to return.
