We came to visit Santorini at its last days of tourist season (end of October) and decided to stay in Oia as it's considered the most beautiful town of Santorini, although it's a little further out compare with Fira. We were lucky to stay at Rimida Villas, it located outskirt of Oia, with a view of the whole town, we had seen a great sunset right outside our door one evening. Mr. Sigalas is a wonderful host! He picked us up at the port and drove us to the villa. He had us laughing and feeling like we were part of the family.

I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance. Although Santorini pretty much has amazing views anywhere you go, the views from the Villas were special because it allowed a unique perspective from the main parts of the island. Staying in Akrotiri is a must if you enjoy culture or history. Lo consigliamo per l'ottima posizione a kamari vicino alla spiaggia,ai ristoranti, alla fermata del bus e l'agenzia di noleggio moto dove c'è' un signore che parla anche italiano.la camera era pulita e ho apprezzato lo stendino posto nel balcone utile per i teli bagnati. In generale siamo stati bene e quindi ci ritorneremo.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect. The rooms are very well appointed, immaculately clean and comfortable with air conditioning.
