  This is definitely the best experience we had staying in a hotel, and we have been to many places. Why? Well, the friendliness of the staff is very sincerely, the hospitality is endearing and the food is of good and honest quality, especially the barbecue and specials of the day! Considering the price and quality you get it is - Zante View is a family business and you can see that right away. The owners were kind and helpful and thats an important part of feeling welcomed anywhere. Rooms were clean and nice, big enough and with a really nice view, cleaned every day and towels changed every 3 days. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, we only bought a corkscrew. Ac in the room and free ! (most hotels charge a lot for ac per day basis). Food at their restaurant was delicious and well priced. We arrived around 23:

  Friendly staff. The hotel was pretty close to center of Gaios, enough to be quiet and at 5 mins by car. They have an arrangement with a parking place down-town of Gaios so parking (that is a real headache) is pretty confortable. - Swimming pool. We booked a luxury apartment so that our teenage son had some space and the fittings/decor were to a very high standard. The complimentary coffee card offering the guests 10 free coffees of their choice was also another positive.   We have stayed at this hotel three times now each time for one night while waiting for a boat to paxos / the mainland. I would highly recommend it for a short stay, particularly the corner rooms (number 5 on each floor). The location is excellent and corfu town is well worth a visit for a day or two. - Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. The gentleman on the reception booked the Despina for our crossing to Paxos. The hotel was very centrally located in the old town with a fantastic view of the old fort from our balcony. It was a wonderful start to our week's holiday and we will certainly return when next in Corfu.
