  The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :) The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though.   Molto bella la struttura camera e bagnograndi ma attenzione alla prenotazione vista mare.. Sono laterali vista parziale, per la vista mare sono camere con piscina privata!ristorante colazione buono internazionale, pranzo ristorante sul mare bello e pulitissimo a 12 euro a testa buffet. Ottima la piscina centale con bar e piscine private sparse ovu... cosa dice la gente » nque. Il personale parla anche italiano. Vicinissimo al centro circa 5 minuti a piedi. La spiaggia lunghissima con entata al mare sabbia mista sassi, - The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar). Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) - Solid hotel, quiet area, a minute walk from bars and restaurants, helpful, friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice beach.

  The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. Although i - Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect. Although hotel is located quite away of any public activities such as historical sites or night life, its position to the beautiful sea with nice beach (just 100 meters away) is perfect.   The staff is very friendly with the customers, well trained and always ready to serve our needs. Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean. The bathroom of our room was also very clean and had outside of tub and shower. The buffet had a great variety and all the food was delicious!
