The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)
The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though. The water was very cold for us and it was during the month of June. -

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -
Solid hotel, quiet area, a minute walk from bars and restaurants, helpful, friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice beach.

All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. -

Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The hotel is in a beautiful bay with lovely views. We stayed in a deluxe room with private pool with modern décor with every comfort. . Breakfasts which were good, catering for all tastes were served in an area overlooking the bay which made a wonderful start to the day. Staff were very helpful generally which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
