  The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice.   Very nice and spacious and well maintained 2 floor apartments with everything you need (for families who like to serve themselves). Fun to go by taxi b - Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

Gli appartamenti Hillside sono un'ottima opzione dal punto di vista qualità/prezzo, li sconsiglierei a persone che non hanno preso a nolo un mezzo di trasporto dato che sono posizionati a circa 800m dal mare, (in generale sconsiglierei di non avere un mezzo a disposizi... cosa dice la gente » one a Rodi). La città vecchia medievale in rodi è una bomboniera, ottima per i turisti che amano negozietti e ristorantini a go go. Mama Sophia unico - Camere pulitissime e ben fornite, bella la zona piscina con ristorante. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Posizione strategica perché leggermente lontana dal caos di Faliraki. Tornerei li subito!

  The staff (Joke, Dimitri, and Fanny) was so nice with us from the beginning till the end. We really enjoyed their kindness and availability for questions we had about Rhodes and the island. Joke constantly went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate any needs that we had, and Fanny was also wonderful. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

Although the we arrived at night 2:00 PM, in airport we were meted by Mike, hotel owner and taken to a hotel. Hotel are managed by family, and they have a farm in island, - Good location, very friendly staff. 24 hour bar, restaraunt, pool tables, music and internet access. Excellent buffet breakfast and good value for money. Good for singles, couples and families as the staff assist in planning and recommend tourist activities. Highly recommended.
