The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. -

We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception
lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to
the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with
a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of
fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Molto bella la posizione sul mare; ottima la serie di calette (anche se artificiali) lungo la scogliera. Bella l'architettura ed i giardini. -
Ottima organizzazione. Staff molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima posizione vicino alla bellissima e vivacissima Rethymno.

Great hotel - The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and in general a very enjoyable experience. The Beach could loose some of the chisel but the water was clean and everything else absolutely fine.

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. we ordered a superior room which was excellent big and comfort.
The swimming pool is very clean and beutiful.
The hotel's area is very large so we didn't notice there many people until we went to walk all over the resort.
The location is great. on the main street of malia and about 300 meters from the nearby bus station. -

The hotel is modern and luxurious. It is everything you would expect from first class establishment. The setting is lovely and there are great views of the surrounding valley.
