La pulizia delle stanze è puntuale e ben eseguita e la posizione degli appartamenti è fuori dal traffico e allo stesso tempo perfetta per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia di Dassia anche a piedi. Ciliegina sulla torta la possibilità di accedere gratuitamente alla piscina di una struttura adiacente.
