Friendly people, attention to detail, cleanliness, feeling of a family environment, nice location close to Olymbos mountains and the seaside, and did I mention friendly people? - Great staff
This is a family-run hotel and the owners, being extremely friendly and helpful, really make you feel at home there. I really liked their business model based on the notion that forfeiting short-term gains leads to long-term profits. For instance, they didn't say anything when I mistakenly paid €10 less for our room than I was supposed to.

The location is great, very close to the beach. In order to find it we had to ask, since it is inside Camping Heraklia and there are no signs on the main road. So you go into the Heraklia Beach gate, or you can go into Helena Apartments passage, either way you go straight forward to one of the two parking places in the shades.

Excellent location, just 50m from the seaside. The beach is really nice, wide and sandy, just some small stones at the borderline with the sea. Water is very clean, no jelly fish or plants. The children adored it. The staff is very helpful. There is a small shop in the hotel where you can find everything. Also other shops in the neibourghood. We will certainly go back and for longer!!!

Casa tipica del paese tutto in pietra, con stradine solo pedonali e pieno di taverne con cibo ottimo a buon prezzo. Situata nella piazza centrale. Una piacevolissima sorpresa per quella che doveva essere solo una tappa di sosta. Sembrava il paese delle fiabe. Ideale anche per vacanza al mare. -

Breakfast is flexible (as long as it's after 9am as they don't appear to be up before then). Really lovely breakfast as well and generous with the portion. Beautiful view from the terrace and very close to the main square. -
