  Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il proprietario, molto gentile, ci ha organizzato il noleggio dell'auto direttamente in hotel e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per girare l'isola. La moglie è un'ottima cuoca, vale la pena fermarsi a cena da loro per una sera! Inoltre si è occupato personalmente e gratuitamente del transfer dal porto all'hotel e viceversa ... cosa dice la gente » . Colazione abbondante e varia, frutta fresca tutti i giorni! One of the taxi drivers was quite helpful in contacting the Villa for us. That showed us how friendly the island must be towards tourists. Ofcourse we weren't too happy about getting to the island as the ferry got delayed by about an hour. Loved everything about Villa Isabella. It was a relaxing stay. Lo staff è molto disponibile sia nell'assecondare diverse richieste che nel dare consigli sul come muoversi al meglio, cosa vedere e dove mangiare...insomma fanno di tutto per farvi sentire come a casa propria!

Nicolas, the manager was exceptionally obliging and helped in any way he could, nothing was too much trouble. We received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean room with our own balcony. The breakfast was delicious with an extensive amount of choice. (I particularly enjoyed the pancakes.)
