  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro. Breakfast room with the view was not exaggerated, it is awesome. Perfect, and we had great weather so were able to sit outside.   The location of Athos Hotel is perfect. We took the metro from the airport to Syntagma Square, then walked only about three blocks to the hotel. It's close to restaurants, sights and shopping, but on a quieter side street. If you can get a room on the 4th floor you can get a spectacular view of the Parthenon from your window. Either way the view from the roof is just as beautiful.. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.

  The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go

  The hotel is situated in an old part of Athens called the Plaka. It is right by the Accropolis and Hadrians Gate. Very central within walking distance to the center of town. 5 minutes from the Metro. There are shops and restaurants close by and an excellent old town square. There are two PCs in the lobby and genrally really good value for money. Side view of th - Great location...helpful and friendly staff...very good price...very clean...The man that works during breakfast even remembered the reason I was in Athens and introduced me to a woman who worked in a similar field to me - I was surprised he remembered what I did. He may have sparked a new friendship/colleague :) I would recommend Adam's Hotel.
