If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island.   Christa the hostess was so warm and helpful. She assisted us with car rental issue and had suggestions for restaurant, had the times for the museums. Each day she made sure we had all the direction we needed to enjoy our time. The view was beautiful from our room. She loves animals and her dog and 5 cats were available for petting.
