Comfort, swimming pool, luxury. Not far from the airport, not far from the city. Service to pick us up from the airport arranged. Had a safe in the room to safeguard valuables such as passport, etc. Breakfast and meals were very good. Bathroom and shower safe and spacious. No steps to get into the shower.

made themselves available via email to answer all sorts of questions as

we had friends waiting to greet us in Greece. This was especially
helpful since Thessaloniki was the start of our 17-day trip (via car)

Everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathroom design with shower and bath. Bed turn down in the evening with subtle touches. Excellent pool and wellness facilities. Food in all the bars and the restaurant is excellent.

Outstanding service. The reception desk staff was extremely friendly. They gave us directions to the city, made recommendations, and called a taxi for us the next morning. Every thing was perfect. The staff was very helpful, pleasant. They allowed me to stay 2 hours more before checking out. They were helping for everything. Buffet breakfast was excellent, copious. The view from the balcony at the 6st floor is superb, the restaurant up there is in a beautiful surrounding, trees, every thing with great harmony.

Absolutely everything. Although this is advertised as an hostel, it is better than most of the 3-4 star hotels I've stayed in my life all over the world. Beautiful hotel, excellent central location, walking distance to the most important attractions and tavernas and bars, nice rooms, nice view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden, fast wifi. The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested.
