  What a find! After a few nights in Kokkari needed a few nights closer to the airport as our flight out was at 7:00am. We found Fito Bay on letsbookhotel.com and because we took a chance and booked their "pay now, non refundable" rate, we got the room for $40USD per night (including breakfast). The room was large, modern bathroom, and included extras li - Loved the friendly staff who greeted us warmly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They had a couple of rooms fitting our requirements and actually offered to show them to us so we could choose which we preferred. Also, the first place with excellent airconditioning which had a quiet/sleep speed so the fan was barely noticeable. A lot quieter than some of the other more expensive places we've stayed at. The staff seemed to have time for and were interested in their guests. The quality toiletries in the bathroom were also good.
