Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with
ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have
sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no
problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single
duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather
all

It would be impossible to list what I loved about the Axel; I've
searched to find something that could be improved, but the rooms, the
location, the decor, the dedication fo the regitry staff to help in
every way..are all outstanding. I had some shower problems with the
hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost
immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and
efficiently. All three young men at the desk for the four days I was
there, were friendly, warm and

very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, la colazione ricca ed abbondante, e la non meno importante ottima posizione dell'hotel - la semplicita' e al contempo la comodita' della camera e la discreta posizione facilmente raggiungibile con le metropolitane perfettamente funzionanti di berlino
