Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street.
Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. A thoroughly enjoyed stay, thank you, I think we will go back and stay there. -

Apartment was great, however we were expecting to stay at the property in Old Town, but due to tech issue we stayed in property 15-20 min walk from Old Town. We would have much preferred Old Town for the convenience factor.

The location is excellent right in the middle of Prague for tourists.
The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls.
Breakfast was good.

A fantastic location right in the middle of everything, close to the Old Town and St Wenceslas Squares and Charles Bridge. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price. Would definitely go back.

The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected.
The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us.

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Apartment in Prague located in the very heart of the city, within walking distance to the most sights, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops nearby, small supermarket next door. Apartment itself had a balcony with a nice view over roofs of the old houses in city center and domes of cathedrals. Nicely furnished, everything was in good condition. 2 subway stations from central bus station. -

surprizingly good/modern when we enter the room and very spacious
(the largest that we ever had in Europe for the same amount of money).
Will use this apartment again if we go back to Prague.
