I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The proprietors were very attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful. We had almost everything we needed at our disposal, allowing us to relax and explore Prague.   This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  Great, centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed. The courtyard is great for a quiet glass of wine and the breakfast is simple but everything you need. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us for things we needed. The location is perfect. The rooms were old style with the wood floors and antique furniture. It was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.

  This hotel was brand new with superb facilities. It's got everything you need. Perfect location, close to public transport and just behind the cathedral. Wifi works great. Rooms are super clean. It was so nice and cosy that we didn't feel like leaving. - The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.
