I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

Camera ampia e pulita, l'albergo si affaccia su una piazzetta fantastica a 50 metri dalla piazza principale in una zona frequentata anche di sera, colazione ottima, personale disponibile - L'hotel era davvero bellissimo ed anche le camere. Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town
within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

The hotel is on a great spot, just 2 tramway stops from the main railway station (we travelled by train to/from Prague) and 4 stops from the city centre and you if change lines one time, you can get to the castle. The hotel is at a good location for getting around via tram, only a stone's throw away from a frequently trafficked tram-stop. My room was quite nice, had tea and coffe-making apparatus and minibar. Workable, fast WIFI. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with lots of table-space. Reasonably priced minibar, good-enough breakfast.
