  We stayed at this hotel in November during the "low" season. There were only 5 guests in the hotel and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. The front desk manager who met us is Nikola Sejnohova. Furthermore, she is sweet and greeted us - The room we stayed was in a luxary room. It is clean with very nice environment, which is particularly good for we as young couples to stay. :) We would like to recommend the dinner in the hotel as well, as both the environment and the food quality are excellent for having a romantic dinner. The staff in Hotel Bellevue is very nice with good hospitality.   The location, just out of the way of the tourist mobs but an easy walk to the medieval city centre and castle. Secure parking within the gated courtyard. The breakfast room was downstairs in a 'cave-like' setting, which was cool. Was close walking distance to main tourist attractions.(although be prepared for walk up hill - not too bad as we made it each time). Quiet - The owner was very kind and helpful. And I was mistakenly got off the wrong stop( next stop should be the bus station), and luckily she got my mobile and called me!
