Che dire quando un hotel e' perfetto !. Bellissimo hotel. Staff perfetto. Cittadina bellissima. Assolutamente da visitare e soggiornare in questo Hotel. La colazione si fa' in una struttura a fianco (hotel da 4 stelle) molto buona. Di fronte un ristorante fantastico (consigliato dallo staff). Non ricordo il nome ma e' esattamente davanti alla porta

We liked a lot the location of the hotel. They were kind enough to provide us with a castle/river view room (number 2) which was very spacious and with very confortable beds and pillows. The shower pressure was perfect and the room was well equipped. The view from the room was indeed very romantique. -

Affable staff, good breakfast, location in the center, much comfortable rooms, nice design, clean, air-condition in the rooms on the 3th floor. Reception opening time is limited from 8:00-18:00, but later check-in is possible if you let administrator know what time you will arrive. Would like to stay there one more time. -

We stayed at this hotel in November during the "low" season. There were only 5 guests in the hotel and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. It was extremely roomy and comfortable.
The front desk manager who met us is Nikola Sejnohova. Her customer service skills are some of the best

The room we stayed was in a luxary room. It is clean with very nice environment, which is particularly good for we as young couples to stay. :) We would like to recommend the dinner in the hotel as well, as both the environment and the food quality are excellent for having a romantic dinner.

Hotel is centrally located in the town square near the Info center, restaurants, shopping, etc. Andy the manager changed our room upon request to a very nice, large modern room with a great view. He was also very welcoming and helpful with restaurant ideas, etc.

The hotel is situated in the old historical building, but the most important is that there's historical atmosphere and decoration throughout inside the hotel too: in the lobby, restaurant, halls, and the rooms. Even furniture in our room was all antique or so, but in very good condition. Interiors are amazing! Hotel location is also perfect right in the middle of the old town. Good espresso for breakfast.

very nice room and great location - The breakfast offering was good and the breakfast room was verypleasant. Our room was small but had beautiful antique furniture. Idon't know what the hotel seneca looked like. This was hotel leonardo.
