Pension Pod Skalkou is located just outside the old town, a five minute walk has you in amongst this gorgeous wee town. The pension is new, clean, very well, appointed, a good breakfast selection is offered and it is staffed by a wonderfully friendly and helpful family. It has to be recommended 100%. Cesky Krumlov is very lucky to have accommodation such as Pension Pod Skalkou available for visitors.

This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the city, right off the pedestrian zone. With that said, do not attempt to the front door. We enjoyed our stay at U Zamku very much. Petr was a most welcoming and friendly host, helping with parking on arrival and numerous other things during our stay. He even posted a tripod stand, which we had left behind, to our next hotel. The location is wonderful, right under the castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts very good. Everything! Location on the river with superb view of the castle. Room was huge with 2 beds ( one king and one twin) and couch and 2 chairs, vanity, and armoire. Faux Louis XIV style. Huge breakfast included served on the terrace overlooking the river. Staff had it waiting every morning. Cannot say enough about the helpful and friendly staff. We loved this Pension Hotel Belarie!

The Hotel was excellent. The lady was very friendly and breakfast was
great basic English but our daughter spoke Czech which helped. Rooms
clean and comfortable part way up a hill so probably not good for guests
who have problem with steep banks unless you have car to go back and
forwards. Nice swimming pool to cool down in -

A very pleasant stay. The B&B is a walking distance to the main historical part of Cesky Krumlov and although located close to a road, we found it very quiet and calm at night. The room was big and breakfast was fine, as well. They also arrange tours and transport to the surroundings, which we were happy to use.
