We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！

we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we
used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the
layout of the facility --- lots of character and everything easy to use

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud.
