Convenient location, comfortable room, quiet, pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The hotel met my needs as I stayed only briefly. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -

The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. -
The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a
full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very
friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front
desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could

The hotel is excellent, really modern. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.

Liked the price, the room was excellent. It had everything we could have ever possibly needed and the bed was so comfortable. We had the best sleep we've had in a very long time! Loved it there! -

Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was
fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful
(especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I
phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). -
We had another great stay here. The valet parking makes so much sense here,

The rooms are of modern design and a cut above what you would expect from a downtown hotel.
