Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!

The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! -
This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Clean, big rooms. I booked an Executive King room (and paid more) specifically because letsbookhotel.com's website indicated it had a hot tub. Turned out the hot tub was by the pool, and available to all hotel patrons. The front desk staff graciously upgraded my room in a matter of minutes to a jacuzzi suite, which was awesome. It was quiet and close enough to Edmonton that we could travel back and forth easily. The rooms were very clean, roomy and well laid out. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but useable. I like the modern look of the hotel. The pool was great, the childern loved it. I liked how the exercise area looked into the pool area through glass, instead of a blank wall like most of them do. It was sad that the hot tub was not working

I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! -

My husband and I have stayed in almost every hotel in Grande Prairie and this is the best one we have found! The staff was great!! The room was huge and very nice!! Very up to date and a great place to stay! Will certainly stay there again!! -

the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel so easy access. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge.
