Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

Loved the rooms poolside.. I received a tray of fruit and crackers and cheese, this was very nice and unexpected! Made us feel great! The pool was super and the beds so comfortable! -

Loved the setting within the mountains.
Great Skiing. great resturants, spent alot of time in Woody's Taphouse to avoid all the children. we will definitly stay again just not on a long weekend to avoid so many children. -
Great relaxing weekend

The front desk staff was outstanding! Frank is the man of the hour. What a great smile to be greeted with and he acknowledged us every time we got off the elevator or walked thru the lobby The lady in the breakfast room on Sunday morning was fantastic, always making sure everything was available and cleaning up continually. Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.

The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three
restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace
in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to
the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the
room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -
Everything, except for the noisy AC (They provide earplugs) and some failures in daily housekeeping

The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. -

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is right downtown. My room, assigned on arrival, was a superior one, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, lounging chair, balcony, very comfortable. because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub -
Excellent value. About 10 min walk into town or 1 min by car.
