courteous staff, helpful. hotel was very full due to marathon weekend, (I was a participant). they were geared up for the event. The hotel was quiet, I slept well. I would consider staying there again.

Staff was very friendly. Met what we though was the maintenance/housekeeper when i asked for help with luggage as my wife had handsful with kids. We stayed for the main reason that it was so close to Save on Foods Memorial for a concert & was very pleasantly surprised of what a nice hotel it was. The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. Room service was also really good. My son had brought his bike along on our trip and it was an expensive bike and he did not want to leave it in the van the guy working at the desk at night told him that he could bring the bike into the room, he was very accommodating.

Ok People are freaking out way too much about this hotel, probably
travellers who are looking for a luxury resort for very little money.
The place was clean, had good staff, and cheap. I got a king size bed, all to myself :P The staff at night was awesome and made sure everything was safe.

We arrived at a busy time but the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The breakfast coupon was great and we took full advantage of the dining room and enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The location was great as we just stepped out of the door, across to the leg for the Nov. 11 ceremony. When we asked for directions to another location we were given maps and clear instructions.

First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,
which all adds to the cost. I live on a very fixed income. Without
asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very
kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times
Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if
the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly
