  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, 2nd sink, desk, chair and ottoman, flat screen tv, safe, even an actual closet for your coat and s... cosa dice la gente » hoes. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom h - The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.   Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink. The food was excellent - really high quality. Delicious! On site Starbucks definitely a bonus.   The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... It was a pleasant surprise! Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop. The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.
